Recently, we sat down for an exclusive chat with taxpayer-hero Senator John McCain on earmarks, a subject that he knows a little bit about--he's spent his entire career battling them!



A career warrior against taxpayer waste, Senator McCain has been saying for years that big spenders deserve to be infamous for their misdeeds, and that's exactly what we're doing with our Heroes and Hooligans list!
