“Earmarks will come back.”No, you’re not hearing things and that’s not a joke. It was uttered by the Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid. If Reid and his friends get their way, we could see the return of earmarks this year.Speaker John Boehner and Republicans in the United States House of Representatives are keeping their promise to end earmarks. When the speaker says “no earmarks” we believe him.
